Hi everyone,
thought it was time for our 3 monthly update!?:) We have been busy bee's with work and other things! Josie is doing great - of course! She has started crawling and standing up - we're already chasing her around the house! I'm amazed how quickly she's growing! Below are some photos to enjoy! Aunty Marl came to visit for a couple of weeks - she was great entertainment and we missed her when she went home! Gran and Pop have just returned home after spending a few months up this way too, it was their first visit with Josie and we had some great fun! Gran and Pop loved spending some time with their new grand daughter! They may be moving up this way - would be great to see them more often than we do! Aunty Brooke and Uncle Mehdi also came home for a week and we spent some time talking weddings and had a great day out on the Noosa River for Ayden's birthday. We miss them every day! We've done some home improvements again - working on the deck - it looks great! It's nice to make little changes all the time (almost as good as a new house :))!
Hope you are all well and for those lucky duck's that went to England - I'm very jealous but hope you had a great time!
Love to all

It's Been Ages!
Hi everyone,
Sorry it's been soooo long! We have been so busy lately! I have started to go to mum and dad's twice a week to sell dad's work at the Eumundi markets! It's going really well! Mum looks after Josie while I go off to market to make our millions! It's working out really well for us - I'm lucky it's so easy for me really! Aunty Marleen is up at the moment staying with mum and dad! She's really well, we've been having fun looking through old photos and having chats! Brooke and Mehdi come home in a couple of weeks - CAN'T WAIT! So I will have lots of great photo's to come (I promise)! Ayden is still really busy at work - great news - and really well, it's his birthday on the 18th (we'll have to relax that weekend)!
Love to all and missing everyone - surely a catch-up is due soon!

For the last few weeks....
Well it has been a bit eventfull really! It was Josie's 1st easter to start with! We had some friends over to celebrate (mummy did a little more celebrating than Josie (1st few drinks with the girls)) - she had a lovely timeand got lots of easter presents. We went to Chaz and Rods for Holly's birthday and more easter celebrations and then mum and dad came to stay for the Sunday night!
We have been to visit mum and dad as well, it was mums birthday on the 21st. Dad cooked a lovely dinner and we had Dianne and Graham (um and dad's next door neighbours) over for dinner! That morning we went for a strole along the noosa river - it was a really nice day! We also visited Pomona and Kin Kin, where all the flooding had been, it was pretty bad! All those poor people that lost so much! The pub looks good from the outside though considering it had a river running through it!
This weekend just gone was ANZAC day of course and we went to the 9am service at Upper Coomera! It was really good, I don't really remember the last time I went to a service! Anyway Josie was very good she didn't go in the march though, Ayden didn't want to take her without medals! Anyway we have asked Noel if he would take her in the march next year with his fathers medals! So will have a lovely update then!
We have a new video camera and vacuum (off e-bay) c/o K.Rudd! Very happy with both! It will be great to capture all of our family's little moments - I have been using the camera but I need to get a cable before I can post any video on to the blog - stay tuned! It's great to have a vacuum that actually picks things up off the floor now too! It's amazing how my life has changed - imagine being so excited about a vacuum!?
Ayden is doing well, he is working had as usual and burning the candle at both ends too! We're off to Evans Head with Julie and Noel and some of their friends next weekend so that will be a good break for him - it's a long weekend! I have asked dad if I can do the Eumundi markets for him to make a bit of extra money, so we're in the process of applying - I hope it works out it would really be a bit of a life saver!
Josie is great, she's started giggling and grabbing on to things! It's so amazing to watch her grow (I think I say that every post!)! I haven't been very good ith phot's lately but I will take some more this weekend and post again soon!
Hope everyone is doing really well and hope to hear from you all soon!
Lots of Love

Hogan Household Update
Currently Ayden is sanding some plaster back to patch up the wall we just removed, Josie is strapped to me sleeping and I thought I would do quick update while there is a little peace and quiet! We have had a couple of trips to mum and dads house since the last update, which have been really good! It's just like going on holidays when we visit them! Ayden and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary last saturday, while mum and dad looked after Josie. We had a really nice time - we staying at Kim and Barry's unit (they gave us a week there as a wedding gift) at Peregian Beach, we went out for dinner and just relaxed! We missed our little girl though!
Josie is doing well though we think she may have reflux which makes her a bit cranky :(. Will have to see the doctor this week to make sure she's ok! Josie also had her needles on thursday which wasn't the best experience so far - poor little girl - she screemed the surgery to pieces and then slept for the rest of the day (I might see if we can get needles on a more frequent basis :)). Anyway I'll put some photo's on now while there is still time - my little monster has already woken from her slumber!
Love to all xxxx

Aunty Brooke Comes to Visit
It has been about 3 weeks since aunty Brooke came to visit, I have been slack and not posted since then! It was really great to see her although as usual it wasn't for long enough! The Brisbane flight has changed for her which means that she doesn't get much time with us at all :(. Anyway we managed to get our act together and take some decent photo's of Josie, we had fun dressing her up (there are so many great ones, a select a few are to follow)! We didn't get time for much else - a walk on the beach and some eating, drinking and talking. It was great to see her and hopefully she'll be back soon!
Sorry for lack of photo's of anyone but Josie - she seems to be our focus now! I'll make an effort to include others! Love to all xxxxx

This is the little bear aunty Brooke has made for Josie - she's so clever!
Harrison James Robert Bond
Harrison Bond was born on March 8th at 7.26pm, weighing 6lb 10oz. Amanda was in labour late into the night of the 7th having quite a long labour. She did really well without drugs and came home the day after, she looks great! Harrison is a beautiful little boy, it's amazing how small he is in comparison to Josie and River!
We wanted to get photo's together but madam wasn't in the co-operating mood.....

Josie Update
Hi all,
Hope you're all really well! We are doing great! Ayden is working very hard, the factory is really busy at the moment and he's doing lots of hours which is surprising under the current circumstances, it's great for us though! Josie and I are having fun at home together. Mum came down last week while dad was in WA, we just hung out at home mainly. It was sad to see mum go, it's such a shame that we don't just live down the road anymore! Anyway we have lots of visits planned and Josie and I will probably go up north in a week or so for a few days.
Brooke comes home tomorrow for a short while, she's working on an Auckland flight so it will be great to see her!
Well hope you enjoy the photos!
All our love

Baby Girl Photos
Hi all,
It's raining today and we thought we'd make an update. All is going great! Josie is mainly sleeping and eating at the moment, she has had a check-up and now weighs 8 pound and measures 52cm. She's growing very well! Her little friend River came to visit and she has grown so much. River is only a month older than Josie, looking at River I can't believe that Josie is going to be that big in a few weeks! We haven't had to buy anything for our little girl yet! We have been so lucky to get so much help from everyone - all the gifts from the baby shower and the little prezzies Josie is getting now will last us till she's 5 I think! We had such a huge pile of baby wipes I thought we'd be good for 6 months but as it turns out we're nearly out!? I think that means we've already been through over 1000 wipes in 2 weeks (maybe we're going a bit too far, might have to try and cut down :))! Anyway we're having fun learning lots of new things, playing dress-ups and trying out some toys! Also not so great times of course - we went to do some grocery shopping yesterday. Josie and I didn't make it out of the car though :(, dad was at work and Josie obviously didn't want to go shopping without him!? We were in the carpark for about an hour feeding, changing and crying - then I took the hint and we went home!
Hope you're all very well and have a great Valentines Day!
Love to you all
Jess and Josie xx
